Consultation has concluded

North Cowichan's second Citizen Satisfaction Survey was conducted by Forum Research Inc. from June 22 to July 12, 2022. Randomly selected residents were contacted by phone and asked for their input on a variety of topics such as satisfaction with the services provided by the municipality, quality of life, and value for taxes. The results from the survey were presented to Council on August 17, 2022.

Thank you to everyone who was contacted and took the time to provide their valuable feedback. The municipality will use this information going forward when evaluating and reassessing priorities.

Please note: the statistically valid telephone survey results summarized above have been kept separate from the open-link online version of the survey, as the results of the online survey were not obtained via random sampling and may not be representative.
